FOREVER YOUNG & STRONG WITH PAT WEIR  
Work out in the fitness room with trainer Pat Weir. Use resistance training to promote strong bones, increase muscular strength, improve flexibility, and balance.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
“Make Your Body Your Machine” TRX Suspension training is a new category of exercise for people of all abilities. TRX leverages one’s own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Meets once per week in the Kinesis Studio.

MVe Pilates Fusion

KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING WITH LISA KAVITT       
Through the use of kettle bells you will experience a great cardio workout while developing lean muscles with definition. This is one of the best workouts for legs, arms, and abs. Class meets in the Fieldhouse.

Build the necessary skills to train and get ready for your first triathlon, or help refine your skills and

Thursdays: Learn proper running techniques as well as strength building exercises to help improve all three aspects of the triathlon: Running, Swimming, and Biking.

REFORMER CLASS
The Pilates method is a movement process which creates an internal physical transformation and integration of mind, body, and spirit.  This deeper connection is experienced by using the assistance or resistance provided by the reformer.  Taught by certified pilates instructors Carol Miller and Pat Mahon. Space is limited to 3-4 people per class.
