Make Your Body Your Machine! TRX Suspension training is a new category of exercise for people of all abilities. TRX leverages one’s own body weight
and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Meets once per week in the Pilates Studio.
Cost: Members $80 / Non-Members: $100
