When I first tried the cleanse I didn't know what to expect. I'm just letting everyone know that it far exceeded my expectations. First and foremost , the program stops an individual from any bad eating habits, merely by following the program.
Here are my results:

  • Gave me an overall sense of well being

  • I was seldom hungry
  • It has me back on track with a keen desire to eat by making good decisions vs. continuing bad habits
  • Most notably because of my schedule I only worked out 3 times during the cleanse, thus supporting the fact that diet is the main component to weight loss and feeling better.

I started the cleanse just over 2 weeks ago. I did it with my 2 daughters...it's always great to have a partner...or 2! It also makes family dinners easier when everyone is on the same page. The hardest part was just getting started! The shakes are easy; just add unsweetened almond milk, flax and frozen berries. We typically eat a lot of veggies and protein so that wasn’t so tough. It was just getting rid of the "junk"; mindless eating... The holidays are over..so out went the cookies, cheese and sadly enough, mom's pizzelles! You become more accountable and really think about your meals and snacks... I noticed a difference in about 5 days; less bloating, more energy. I also had less joint pain. Who doesn’t want that! After the 2 weeks I had lost 5 lbs and felt great! This was just the jump start I needed! The 2 weeks are up but I still try to keep with the same eating habits. I will say you must be prepared with your meals and snacks, this way you don’t have the tendency to stray. Make sure you bring your food with you. I always say it's like travelling with a child you would never leave the house without a snack or drink in your bag! Now I'm a working mom who cooks dinner every night, and not everyone is doing the cleanse. So I cook a lean protein and lots of veggies (plenty for the next day’s lunch) and add pasta or potatoes; for the boys... everybody is happy and everybody is eating healthier! The Paleo cleanse worked for me ...I highly recommend it!!

The First time I did my Paleo cleanse, was before going on vacation. OMG! It was a change, I felt so good in my swim suit; I thought you can't replace this feeling with anything. I was really surprised how easy the plan was. My big step was the shake each morning. I always had to eat breakfast, but now I'm on the shake every morning and I feel so good. The really challenging part for me were nights, but if you have a good lunch and snack you can do the shake only at night. That's right I did the PALEO shake in the morning, another shake for a snack and a good healthy lunch. If I was hungry by mid afternoon I would snack on fruit and nuts. And for dinner I did a PALEO shake again. If I needed a small snack after dinner I would grab a piece of fruit. The plan was not restrictive at all and I was never starving. I definitely got leaner while doing the cleanse. It has been 2 months since I did my first cleanse and I’m going to do it for a second time. I just love how I feel and how much energy I have. It is also easy to continue to eat like this after the cleanse is over. Overall this is the most successful I have been on a cleanse and I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

What I love most about this cleanse is that anyone can benefit from it. It is not just for people looking to lose weight but for anyone who wants increased energy, endurance, or a kick start toward a healthier lifestyle. I am currently preparing to begin a 3 month marathon training plan. I knew I needed to clean up my diet, get a bit more lean and increase my energy and endurance levels. The Paleo cleanse worked perfectly. I followed the diet for 2 weeks and after week one already felt a huge difference. Since I knew I was going to be working out often during the 2 weeks I kept with 2 meals per day and included healthy snacks as well to keep my endurance. I did a shake each morning and again in the afternoon for a snack along with a healthy lunch and healthy dinner each day. All it took was a little planning and preparation. The guide book makes it so easy with meal plans and snack ideas you really can’t go wrong. In just 2 weeks I cut down nearly 5 pounds but most of all feel healthy and strong enough to begin a successful marathon training plan… I will definitely continue eating this way all through my training. I absolutely recommend this to anyone, whether you are looking to learn healthier eating habits, shed some pounds or an athlete in training looking for increased strength and endurance then the PALEO Diet will absolutely work for you.

I would like to say this program has inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle. I have more energy and the program is great! On a personal level, I still find a food program hard to stay on. As a Nurse working 12 hour shifts, I struggled with not using sugar as an energy source as well as the issue of eating out a lot. However, the FITLIFE Program gave me the tools I needed to make the right choices. Dr. Tom Bilella gives and informative, interesting and entertaining presentation.
