Beef Burritos
INGREDIENTS
* Ground beef (lowest fat that you can find)
* ½ reduced fat lavash bread
* 4 oz reduced fat cheese
* 8 tbsp salsa
* 4 tbsp sour cream (non-fat)
PREPARATION
Cook ground beef until browned. Spread 1 tbsp of sour cream on lavash bread. Add cooked beef. Add 1 tbsp of salsa, ½ oz of reduced fat cheese. Roll up in the lavash bread. Repeat three more times. Put burritos in casserole dish. Evenly distribute remainder of salsa and reduced fat cheese over top of burritos. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until cheese is browned.
