Linguini with Asparagus
INGREDIENTS
* ½ cup cooked linguini
* 1 cup raw asparagus, chopped
* 3 scallions, chopped
* ½ tomato, chopped
* 1 tsp. olive oil
* 1 tsp. lemon juice
* Lite salt
* 1 oz. lite cheese, grated
PREPARATION
Saute, scallions, garlic, asparagus and tomato until tender-add all other ingredients, except cheese, toss with linguine. Sprinkle with lite cheese.
