Our Manasquan fitness facilities are nestled on 44 acres and include a world-class fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, 13 tennis courts, 12 indoor pickleball courts, racquetball courts, paddle courts, basketball courts, turf center, Atlantis Preparatory School, kids summer camps, and Milagro Spa. There are more than 120 weekly group exercise classes and so much more to discover at The Atlantic Club!

Red Bank
At our Red Bank location, you can enjoy our updated fitness center, indoor pool, child care, Milagro Spa, and a wide range of exercise classes and wellness programs to suit all ages and fitness levels including personal training, ride, yoga and so much more!
Cabana Pool
The outdoor Cabana Pool features an Olympic size pool for lap swimming and recreation, a child's wading pool, an over-sized Jacuzzi, locker rooms and numerous lounging decks. During the summer months, members can rent cabanas and enjoy water exercise classes as well as member parties and social events.
Tennis 2
Tennis Center 2 has 5 year round heated indoor courts There is a lounge area to relax after games or to watch lessons and social events.
Tennis 1
Tennis Center 1 has 8 courts that are indoor (during the fall and winter) and outdoor (during the spring and summer). There are attached men's and women's locker rooms as well as a pro-shop for all you tennis needs. For those of you who want to watch your child's lessons, there is a climate controlled 2nd floor viewing lounge.
Paddle
The Atlantic Club's heated and lighted 4 paddle courts at our Manasquan location are the perfect way to get in the game and stay comfortable at the same time. We also offer paddle leagues for men and women. The Paddle Hut is a cozy place to relax and warm up by our fireplace before or after a match.
The Pickleball Center
Boasting an impressive collection of 12 new indoor courts and a stylish Café and social area, the newly unveiled Pickleball Center is the perfect place for socializing, unwinding and great game play! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, The Pickleball Center has something for everyone.
Complex Pool
Our aquatic complex pool is a six lane saline pool with diving blocks as well as a smaller warm water teaching pool for our younger swimmers or older adults. The aquatic complex has newly updated locker rooms, on deck changing area, and a parent viewing area. Our complex pool is bubbled in the fall/winter for all year use.
Atlantis Prep School
The Atlantis Preparatory School has a full school curriculum for children ages 18mths-Kindergarten. School nurse. Mommy & me and after school enrichment programs.
Aquatics
The Aquatics Office houses members of our Aquatics swim team, pool maintenance team, and Njswim management (swim lessons).
The Atlantic Club
The Club at Manasquan has everything; newly renovated six lane indoor pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. You'll also find racquetball courts, a cafe, kidszone, retail shops, an indoor gym with basketball court, punching/speed bags, cycling room, pilates room, two group exercise studios, Crest Physical Therapy and a fitness room. Not to mention the Sports bar and conference rooms.
Milagro Spa
Milagro Spa, Central New Jersey's world class day spa, is totally dedicated to your comfort and well-being. Milagro features a full menu of massages, facials and other spa and salon services. Highly trained, Certified therapists provide the latest techniques and treatment options in the area's finest setting.
